I saw on Frugalista that you had to transfer an order and as a result you did not get your cats. That happened to me to with a broken catalina machine. A manager transferred my order after everything but two items had scanned and I didn't get my cats. I just returned the products because the cs person told me the cats were based on pref card prices. I knew better but didn't want to cause any more trouble. Went back later did the order on a functioning cat and got all my cats.
Catalinas amke so much difference when shopping.
