I posted on Frugalista about my find at CVS today -- the 99-cent Johnson's first aid kits (my store has them in the trial size aisle) also work for the "spend $10, get 5ECBs" promotion. This is great if you have a number of $1/1 coupons because you could get some or all for free, then take the $5 as profit.
Also, I wanted to highlight this exciting news I just got from commenter Suzanne Lee: Starting 8/2, the pharmacy will be giving out coupon books that include several $4/$20s as well as other coupons. You have to ask about "Ready Fill" to get them, apparently.
