Everybody Else Got the Good Stuff Today

I'm busy trying to stop my head from spinning because I JUST noticed that mortgage rates are nearly back up to the rate we already have, and our refi window closed two weeks ago. Where have I been?
Oh yeah. Gestating and blogging.
Also, I can't wrap my head around whether closing Chrysler dealerships mean that this might actually be a good time to buy a brand new car. Like that Town and Country everyone thinks we'll need with 3 kids? Sigh, I dunno, I'd kinda rather get a hybrid for our next car. There's no sense waiting for the "cash for clunkers" bill, though, since I doubt our Subaru Forester gets less than 18 miles per gallon.
Anyway, here's the goods from the less distracted bargain bloggers this morning:
According to Wantnot.net, Restaurant.com gift certificates are already at 80 percent off today. Usually they wait until the end of the month to do that.
According to Wise Bread, Teva sandals are on clearance for 75 percent off plus free shipping with the code FATHERSDAY09.
According to Money Saving Mom, you can get six bonus points today for signing up with SwagBucks through her. I joined SwagBucks myself last fall, and I now have 600 "bucks." I resisted the urge to turn them in for Starbucks gift cards when I started getting past 500, because I realized I might actually earn enough to get someone a really good present come Christmas.
Oh, and even I've got good stuff up today, but elsewhere: On Frugalista, I've got a rundown of the loot your kids can earn with the summer reading programs at bookstores and libraries. For those of you who live in the Chicago area, I'd LOVE it if you register over at ChicagoNow and leave me a comment there.
