Grocery Deals 5/14-5/20 -- Dominick's/Safeway

The moment you have been waiting for has arrived. It's time to use those Kellogg's $1/1 Qs for FREE CEREAL! (And by the way if you have already printed them, they've reset so you should be able to print again.)
This week Dominick's is offering a "Buy 5, Save $5" promo on Kellogg's, Post and GM cereals and fruit snacks. The flyer shows Kellogg's Corn Flakes as being $1 when you buy 5. I hope there are actually other Kellogg's varieties that come down to $1, and I might even be persuaded to pay a little money to snag some kind of granola cereal.
But even if you don't love Corn Flakes, your local food bank will be happy to take them. I was able to print out SO MANY Kellogg's Qs that I didn't know if I would be able to use them before the end of the month, so I think I may cash them in for a ton of Corn Flakes. Not sure if there is a limit how many times you can do the deal in one transaction. Runs 5/14-5/20.
Besides that one deal and maybe some blackberries (see below) I woudln't bother with Dominick's this week.
Not many this week, just Clorox bleach, 82 to 96 oz. for $1.69, Hefty zip-locs 12-40-ct. for $1.99 and Duracell bateries, 2-8 ct., for $3.99. (Use $1/1 Duracell Q from P&G $120 savings book)
pork choips, bone-in, $1.29/lb.
blackberries, 5.6 oz. $1 (I dunno if they know what they're talking about, but this site says that blueberries and blackberries are ok to buy conventional)
Lucerne yogurt cups 50 cents
Edy's ice cream bogo @ $6.49
Coupon matchups from Hot Coupon World.

I've got two $10 catalina coupons to use up this week. Any suggestions for me? I have tons of cereal. How is the meat department looking?

Well, let's see -- there are the $1.29 pork chops, or sirloin steak for $3.97/lb. If you are in a hurry you could always drop those Cats on a deli party tray -- there is a $5/1 Q in the flyer for trays at $29.99 or more; or you could stock up on large size cleaning products which are offered at $4.99 each if you buy 3. We're talking 40-oz. laundry detergents and large packs of Charmin, Quilted Northern, Bounty, Brawny.

Thanks Carrie!

I follow you Dominick's stuff closely because I so know that the "national" Safeway stuff seems to never completely apply to the Chicago area Dominicks.
