Shopping April 15-21 -- Stocked Up on Natural Meats

This week I was disapponted by Jewel's advertised sale on organics because I went to two different locations and still wasn't able to locate some of the stuff advertised -- like hormone-free beef. But that's OK because I went to Super Target and they had it on sale too.
I spent about $43 at Jewel anyway this week, at $36 at Target (including 2-3 weeks' worth of meat), bringing my total to $82. Since I have a $78/week budget and had about $15 left over from last week, I'd say I went $11 under. Which is great because I still need to stock up on spices (the ones I was going to buy at Jewel turned out to be the tiny containers, not the ones that fit my spice rack so nicely).
Since I did much of my shopping this week (today and yesterday), the fridge is quite full and all I expect to need for the rest of the week is a little more fresh produce. I have two dozen eggs, all that meat, two gallons of milk, yogurt, celery and apples. My freezer still has tons of cheese and coffee, and, as always, my basement pantry is brimming with cereal and snacks. I'll be out of pasta soon, though.
What we ate on our budget in the last week (unless noted, we probably had cereal and milk + fruit for breakfast)
Wednesday - chicken fricasee with broccoli
Thursday - blueberry pancakes and bacon for breakfast, broccoli quiche with homemade bread
Friday - wild caught salmon with French's fried onions, salad
Saturday - grilled hot dogs and whole wheat buns, asparagus, mushrooms, potatoes (with friends), + salad with leftover salmon on it
Sunday - at my parents' house all day
Monday - slow cooker mac and cheese + hot dogs and peas and broccoli from the comments section of this post (didn't turn out too good, next time I'll try a different one) with salad
Tuesday - peanut butter and jelly toast for breakfast, slow cooker beef stew with carrots, celery and potatoes, with salad and homemade bread
