Grocery Deals -- 4/23-4/29 JEWEL/SHAWS/ALBERTSONS

Today Jewel is advertising price cuts throughout the store. Of course, those of us who never buy full price won't be too impressed. I showed my almost-5-year-old the ad this morning showing that Kraft Mac and Cheese is now 99 cents. Then I told her we got it for 59 cents at Target yesterday. Even SHE figured out which one was the deal to do.
The Con-Agra Catalina deal has arrived -- scroll down for details.

COUPONS from 5/22 All You (most are in newstand version only which is available at Wal-Mart and by the way there was a .50/1 Q in the April All You for a copy of the magazine if you end up buying extras): $1/2 any Hunts; $1/3 Hunts Snack Pack 4-packs; $1/4 Chef Boyardee cans; $1/1 Peter Pan; $1/1 Reddi Wip (and another in the April All You); $1/2 Marie Callender's;
Other Qs: $1/2 Healthy Choice from 4/5 SmartSource or printable; $1/1 Hebrew National printable or in Feb. All You; $1/1 Egg Beaters in April All You or printable.
Here's the drill for those new to Catalina deals: At Jewel the $25 is usually in pre-card prices, which may vary from the shelf price. You don't know the pre-card price until you ring it up or if your store has a price scanner try that. At Shaws, it was reported that the ketchup and some other items were free or moneymakers even with no coupons, just buying $25 worth in shelf prices, paying the card price, and collecting the $10 coupon at the end. Also note that the bogo items ring up only at the bogo price, so those won't help you get up to $25 any faster although they are still a good deal if you need that stuff.
Cheerios 8.9 oz., Cinnamon Toast Crunch 12.8 oz., Golden Grahams 12 oz. $2.50 (Sign up at Cheerios Challenge reported by Money Saving Mom and get four $1/1 Qs)
(If you don't even need more cereal, remember that the Letter Carriers Food Drive is Saturday May 9. They will pick it up off your porch!)
Brownberry Bread $2.29
Whew! So many deals in there it took me over an hour to put this together!
