I am sick of the sight of Jewel right now and yet I have tons of Cats to spend there so I hope I am about to list some deals:
3 Day Sale - Thurs thru Sat only
Kellogg's cereal $1.88 (17 oz. Frosted Flakes, 12.2 oz Froot Loops, 8.8 oz. cereal straws) (fyi if you can get over there today the current "buy 5, get $5 off deal is way better)
peaches 99 cents a pound
All Week
Ground beef, 80% lean, $1.99/lb
Jewel milk 1 gallon $2.28, limit 2
Progresso veg classics $1
Use $1.10/1 printable to get FREE, or a variety of .25/1 etc. from 12/7 SmartSource
1-lb. WH organic baby carrots $2
Use $1/1 Wild Harvest coupon if you still have any
Dole Fruit or Gruit-n-Gel Bowls $2
Use .75/2 from 1/11 SmartSource
Pillar Rock canned salmon $2.50 for 14.75 oz.
5 lb bag of Texas grapefruit $2.50 (or 4-lb. bag of organic grapfruit for $5.99)
There are a BUNCH of new Catalina offers in today's flyer, but none of them as good as the deal that ends today:
1) Spend $20 on participating General Mills products, get $5 (confusing! ANOTHER GM promo!)
2) Spend $15 of participating Hershey's candy, get $5 (runs 1/15 thru 1/21)
3) On participating ConAgra products, Spend $30 get $7, Spend $20 get $5, or Spend $15 get $3.
After all the Catalina madness I just went through, I'll pass on these. In fact, I don't see anything for the whole week to spend my precious Cats on -- which is a problem because I think some of them expire next Wednesday.
There are two manufacturers' coupons for $1/1 Colgate in the Osco section of the flyer.

I thought the "Meal Deal" might be okay, depending on prices. Expired Butoini coupons and Fresh Express. Could make a good deal, especially since I have free french bread coupon as well =)
The GM was confusing. says "instant" but also "coupon at checkout". sheesh.
