Sunday Flyer Deals - More KMart Freebies

Good morning! I was all kicking brick walls last night as we walked home from watching the Cubs lose their third and final play-off game.

But guess what? That was yesterday, yesterday's gone. We'll get 'em next year.

At one point, the game got so disheartening that I began flipping through the Sunday ad flyers. At a bar. Yeah, I'm a pretty hot Saturday night date.

Here are the best deals I saw through my tears:

KMART -- last day of double coupons (I'll write about my double coupon trip later today)

There is a $5/$50 coupon (expires 10/11) on p. 12, just like the ones you get for signing up for e-mail. It is supposed to be $50 after coupons, although I read one report that if you give the $5/$50 before other coupons you might get it.)

Dove shampoo, $3.79
(use $2/1 mq from 8/17 Red Plum)

Right Guard deodorant, $2
use $1/1 coupon from 8/10 Smart Source

Kotex 28-48 ct. pads, $5.50
Use $1/1 from 9/7 Smart Source or 10/31 All You to get it for $3.50
(Regular price freebie: small Kotex liners are $1.29, use $1/1)

L'Oreal Preference, Feria and Natural Match, b1g1 1/2 off
I don't know the price, but if you use two $2/1 mqs from the 7/20 Smart Source or 9/21 RedPlum, they *might* be free or close to free.

Colgate Total Whitening, Advanced Clean, $2.50
use $1.50/1 from All You

Huggies Pull-Ups Mega Pack, $16.99
use $2/1 from 10/24 All You or various mailers to get it for $12.99

Because these can be doubled if you use one per item, you want to look for items that cost around $4:

-- 12 pairs Basic Edition athletic socks, $5.88
-- 5 or 6 pairs Fruit of the Loom socks, $4.49
(Or you could use a $1/2 from Parade magazine and hope it doubles properly to make them $3.39 each)

-- Homz 18-gallon tote, $4.49

Get a $5 gc when you buy 2 Huggies Super Mega Packs (@ $18.99 each)or Pull-Ups Mega Pack (@ $15.99 each) (I'm not sure if they're saying you only have to buy 1 pack if it's Pull-Ups, because that one wasn't pluralized)
use $1/1 Huggies from 9/28 Smart Source
use $2/1 from 10/24 All You or various mailers
So you would end up with w/ 2 Super Mega Packs @ $15.50 each after gc. Good deal?

Super Coupons: Don't look that exciting, except for "Big Pack" Huggies @ $19.99. I can't tell how many diapers come in the pack but if that's the same size as the big ones at Toys R Us that's a pretty good deal. Could also use a $1/1 Huggies from the blinkie machines.
