CVS Plan, 10/12 - 10/18: Nothing

I don't see anything especially compelling at CVS this week. No freebies, no obvious moneymakers. Unless any x/xx coupons show up, I'm just staying out of the store this week. I've been too busy lately, and we are stocked up on everything anyway.

By the way, this is one of the nice things about CVSing long term. When I first got going, it seemed like I was going to spend a lot of time shopping at CVS every single week. I worried that it was taking over my life.

But as time went on, I was able to gauge which deals were worth going for and which weren't. And, since I now have a stockpile of diapers, toilet paper and other personal care products, I can go a few weeks without buying anything, which actually saves me time.

this is probably one of the most rewarding parts of shopping with coupons and building a stockpile. the problem for me is that i often get into such a groove with couponing that i really have to give myself a reality check--like "heyy, we don't need that." or my dh does it for me. ;)

I totally agree but... what to do with the expiering ecbs? I do not need anyitems now too, but have up to $20 or sometimes $30 ecbs expiering every week. I am a 2 month new to CVSing. Do you structure this process somehow? Any post on this subject if you know?
Thank you
